Environmental

It is our duty to take care of our forests, so we have adopted a series of practices that ensure the sustainability of our production, from the careful way we handle our grains, to the management of our waste, to the use of increasingly renewable energy sources. Thus, we preserve our greatest environmental heritage, and ensure that genuine Brazilian coffee will continue to exist for many decades to come.

Social

Employees, suppliers and communities

  • Physical and emotional well being of the employees.
  • The employee’s salary is fair – in relation to what is practiced within the company and also in relation to the market.
  • Combat child labor.
  • Combat slave labor.
  • Acting to recover deforested or burned areas.

Governance

Financial and accounting transparency:

  • Complete and honest financial reports.
  • Shareholder remuneration.
  • In addition, we seek to understand whether this remuneration is tied to the index aspects and linked to the long-term value, viability, and profitability of the company.
